Name of the Post:
1. Junior Lab Technician: 19 posts
2. Ophthalmic Assistant: 03 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age should be between 18 – 40 years as on 22-04-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSLC/ equivalent with Diploma in Laboratory Technology for Jr Lab Technician, PUC with Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology/ equivalent for Ophthalmic Assistant.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates through DD in any Nationalized Bank in favour of Chief Administrator, Health & Family Welfare. Refer the notification for complete details.
